- 4 - 4 ounce (112 g each) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon mustard
- ½ cup (125 mL) Astro® Original Balkan Plain 0% yogourt
- 1 cup (250 mL) seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lactantia unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Coat each chicken breast with mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, spread Astro yogourt carefully on all chicken breasts, both sides. Dip into seasoned bread crumbs.
- Melt Lactantia butter and olive oil in large sauté pan. Heat over medium high. Add chicken breasts and saute 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked and coating is brown. Place on paper towels to drain.
