The perfect smoothie for a hot summer day. This tropical-inspired smoothie is refreshing and reminiscent of a breezy day at the beach.


2 cups (500 mL) diced fresh pineapple, frozen* 
1 cup (250 mL) Astro Original Balkan French Vanilla yogourt
½ cup (125 mL) coconut milk


  1. Prepare fruit as directed above and allow 4 hours or overnight for fruit to freeze.
  2. In a blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more milk as necessary for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
