This smoothie uses fresh raspberries that are frozen for a thicker, more satisfying smoothie.


2 cups (500 mL) fresh raspberries, frozen 
1 cup (250 mL) Astro Zer0% Raspberry yogourt 
½ cup (125 mL) Lactantia 1% milk 
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey


  1. Prepare fruit as directed above and allow 4 hours or overnight for fruit to freeze.
  2. In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more Lactantia milk as necessary for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
